sole custody and paternity signed over

i have sole custody of my 12 year old daughter. her father signed over his paternity rights and a grandparent adopted her with me as the sole custodial parent. what are my legal rights if the grandparent refuses to give child back

I'm confused by your question. Do you have sole custody or does the grandparent? If the father's paternal rights have been terminated by the court, he is not entitled to anything. I'm unclear about the status of the grandparent. If you have custody and someone is refusing to return the child to you, you can get a pick up order from the court requiring the return of the child to you.
