Legal Question
A neighborhood dog repeatedly showed up on my door step and was returned to the owner on several occasions. On one occurrence the dog ran into my house and bred with my dog. She now appears to be pregnant against our will. I would like the owner to pay for the unwanted pregnancy to be terminated.
