Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Utah

I bought a car like 5 months ago, When I bought the car I state that I don't have cash for the down payment and they told me that we can use money from an extended warranty and service plan from the car that I was using as a trade. the amount that they came up with was 2500 .

We close the deal and Im doing my payments with a Credit Union without problems, but now the dealership call me and they are trying to collect from me 1500 saying that the cancellation of the extended warranty and the other things that they put together weren't not enough.

I don't have the money to pay that and they offer me a payment plan but even with at this point I don't want to committee to something that is not my mistake.

Stand your ground, you relied on the dealer's promises. They cannot now come back against you for more money. However, read the sales contract carefully to make sure you understand what it states. Go to court if necessary to protect your rights.
