Legal Question

Lawyer doesn't want to jeopardize his standing in with Judge & prosecutor

My criminal lawyer refuses to have my case thrown out because of prosecutors mistake. He doesn't want to step on any toes in our small town & damage his reputation so he is slacking off on my case, what should I do?
