Legal Question in Personal Injury in Utah

Auto Accident

I was side-swiped by a woman in

Meridien ID and she was speeding

down the Shoulder and through the

stop. I went to hospital as she told the

policemen it was her fault. It was. I

was certainly kind; I never was rude,

but I did ask her sincerely if she was

going to pay. She said yes.

Later that week she said that her

husband doubted my injuries. They

were documented!

Dot dot dot, it's now been a year; I

am still messed up physically and

tormented by fear when expected to

drive and also when not to! I was

supposed to call the insurance

company back A Year Ago ! but I

couldn't!

I'm tired of being told that I will get

thru this, ''when I'm ready''. I was

supposed to phone them a year ago!

Do j have a case? My bills were being

paid fir at first, but no longer. What do

I do?
