Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Utah

My family is selling property behind my house for development. We gave them two accesses to the land for development, but know the city does not like one of the accesses and wants the developer to gain access in front of my home. The buyer wants to add in the closing documents for the closing on the land that they will have access in front of my home. If I own that land and the family trust does not and they put this in the closing documents, do they have the right to gain an easement through my property for access? Thanks.

If you own property, you have to sell it or an easement to give the right to use the property. The only way you can be forced is if you are sued for "eminent domain."
