I have a general Power of Attorney in regards to my late husband. He died in 2009 and I was given POA in 2013. I am in Utah. Does this expire and can I cash a escrow check with the G

A power of attorney gives you the right to do anything the grantor can do (unless restricted by its terms). Once the grantor dies, he can no longer do anything, so you cannot do anything pursuant to the power of attorney either. It does not survive death.
