Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Utah

My grandparents left my father an inheritance he passed away probably 9 years before my grandparents did which my grandfather and my grandmother just passed away recently how do I go about getting my inheritance it was left for my to my dad and then goes to me my uncle contacted me on Facebook and told me he needed my information because I got an inheritance I got an inheritance money well over a number of probably 3 months he sent me two $1,000 checks and one for 1690 something I think and then he told me probably a few days later that I don't get any more inheritance money till 2017 well after that I ended up losing my apartment and I called my uncle and told him I was sleeping in my car in the church parking lot and asked him if he could help me out with some money he told they told me it was all tied up in annuities that there was nothing he could do to get me any more money and now that is turning cold I don't want to live in my car anymore please give me some advice on what I should do and where I should go from here about getting an inheritance that I rightly deserve

If the inheritance is tied up in annuities, your uncle is almost certainly right--he can't get at it for any reason, unless there is some loophole in the annuity contract. He copuld litigate, but that will take a long time(many months, if not years), and a lot of money. In order to give you a more accurate answer, I would need to review the estate plan your grandfather set up. That would tell me a lot more of what you could do.
