Legal Question in Disability Law in Virginia
can i sue my son's school for discrimination under IDEA . He has ADHD, school did not believe it and tried to say he has cognitive - behavior issues, suspended him and
had BIP meeting with me that turned into hostile harrassment to put him in Autistic environment even though he was not tested for this.

Discrimination under these facts? No, I would doubt it but, perhaps, failure to
fully comply with their obligations under the IDEA might be
a more realistic cause of action against the school and its administrators responsible for these seemingly adverse decisions in regard to your son.
