Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in Virginia
nolle prossed background check in the U.S army
about 10 years ago, I came up hot on a urinalysis. I went to military rehab and was honorably discharged (my term was up and military decided not to kick me out). I recently had a background check and the check came up nolle prossed, stating i had an field grade article 15. Is there any way to get this expunged? Is this a state issue or federal issue (it happened on military base in virginia)

This matter would appear wholly within the jurisdiction of the federal government to act on---or not.
