Who do I send an appeal request to in Va. , on a criminal case does it get address to the Virginia Court of Appeals . And whats is there address ?

Check with the clerk of the criminal court where the verdict was entered. S/he should be able to provide you with all the necessary information, including the time frame for you to file and perfect your appeal(if required).
