Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Virginia

Bankruptcy information

I have my credit card debt over 120 k and have a recent purchase using my credit card and i have been paying the minimum payments without fail until last month and i am not in a position to pay any more...i have already quit paying them..I would like to file a bankruptcy and how would you like to approach this.
