Legal Question in Business Law in Virginia

I recently had a very bad restaurant experience at one of the local fast food places this past Saturday. I ended up sending a complaint about my experience to the corporate office. It was then sent to the District Manager. The manager who had disrespected my boyfriend and myself had ended up getting fired because of the matter. When she was fired, instead of receiving my complaint with my name voided out, the manager had given her a paper with my full name on it. Yesterday, we were harassed by one of the manager's friends in regards to her getting fired. That is when I found out that she had received the paper work with my full name on them. Now a days and how scarce jobs are, you never know what a person is capable of. That happens to put my boyfriend, his son, and I at risk. I was really hoping you could help me with any legal advice that you might have as I am not sure where to go from here.

Successful lawsuits are based upon concrete damages provable by the plaintiff

against named defendant(s) during the course of the suit and NOT by speculations on the part of such plaintiffs as to risk(s) that they or family and friends might incur(or allegedly have incurred) from the actions of such defendants nor upon speculations as to "what a person is capable of").
