i,hve rent house already three years,but since last year i,dont have no many jobs.but rigth know has been three mont past due.this house is rent to buy,but i,keep pay more than rent every mont ,until one years,total payment i make $2500,the first year and iwas talk to the owner this is too much and she low the rent until $1700. now she try to kick me out from the house.what shuold i do now,also i put some money to fix it the house about $8000 more.i need the right anwer thank you.
