Legal Question in Construction Law in Virginia

Requirement of a written contract

Vjrginia Board For Contractors statute 18 VAC 50-22-260 #9f states a written contract must contain the ''disclosure of the cancellation rights of the parties.'' Can I make my own list or is there specific rules or requirements needed in the contract to meet this requirement?
