Legal Question in Consumer Law in Virginia

I was a victim of the target hack and my account was accessed on December 18th. H

Due to the nature of my employment, this access of my personal information stresses me to no end. How do I bring suit for the potential headaches it is going to cause me over the next several years hyper monitoring my data and the potential loss of future income if I miss something?

FYI, one doesn't bring suit under the American legal system for "potential

headaches" but rather must be able to prove concrete damages by a preponderance of the relevant evidence that have been proximately caused by the alleged perpetrator/defendant in the matter.

Thus far from what you've described, it would appear that at this stage

of matters that as of yet you have incurred no such concrete damages arising out of the recent credit card information snatch from the big box retailer which apparently became a target for overseas hackers.
