Legal Question
We bought a vacation get-a-way in Virginia in 2006 but the company went out of business a few months later. in 2009 a credit report agency contacted us saying we owe thousands of dollars but we never recieved a product because the company went out of business. Now they put the balance on my credit report. Can this company do that?
