credit card debt

if i send a payment to my credit card but it's not their minimum pay,should i still be harrased..?

Your creditor is entitled to expect payment, and may attempt to collect on any amounts unpaid, but is not entitled to "harrass" you. If you believe the creditor is overstepping its legal boundaries, you should contact an attorney to determine if the actions taken are in violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
