My Rights

I got a loan for my stepson.His creidt was bad.He is the cosigner on this loan, that is the only way i could do this in order for his name to be on the title so he could get insurance on the truck.He is always late with his

payment an i'm afraid it will hurt my credit.Can i just go get the truck an try an sell it?

No, you cannot do that without securing the other owner's permission. I am, of course, referring to your stepson and co-owner of the vehicle.
