Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Virginia

I have a small home based collections company. One of my creditors at the beginning of 2012 went from two partners to one. They were on on the SCC website at Kitts & Friend, PC and now is listed as Dr. Basil J Friend, II DDS PC. He has purchased all of the practice, including the debt when the practice was joint. On the old cases, how should we file the Warrnat In Debt with the court??

You shouldn't. If you file a warrant it debt on behalf of someone else and are not a lawyer, you are engaging in the crime of unauthorized practice of law.
