Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
Body Paint Swimsuit
The Sports Illistrated had a session with women wearing Body Paint as suits. The effect was quite real. My question: Would the latex be considered a legal ''covering'' or if they went to the beach, would they face arrest for Indecent Exposure?

My opinion is they would be arrested and convicted.
