Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
I got convicted of a felony for shoplifting and got 3 years, but 2 years 10 months and 15 days suspended, plus 3 years good behavior. i picked up another shoplifting charge within the 3 years so they violated me for good behavior. how much time should i be looking at????
