Generally, 10 days from date of verdict/judgment if in the general district

court; 30 days from such date in circuit court.

Request by motion filed with court.

Likely depends upon the scope of the court-appointed attorney's

initial agreed upon representation, i.e., whether it includes only matters through trial or any post-trial matters such as a reconsideration.
