punishment for cocaine

drug bust in martinsville, va. 24112 in august 2006. 47 year old man arrested, indicted, sent before grand jury. jury trial set for jan.2007 with charges of distribution of cocaine, distribution of cocaine second offense and possession with intent to distribute cocaine. this man is also a felon with a past. can you give me any idea of how the jury and judge will look at this case. i am hoping this dangerous man will be sent to prison. what do you think? thank you, l--name removed--

Without knowing what the specific evidence against this 47 year old "dangerous" man actually is, there's know way to say as to "how the jury and judge will look at this case."
