Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
I am a software engineer on probation. Probation has said I cannot use a computer even though my sentence does not deny me. How can I get access to a computer so I can get a job? And how can I get a lawyer so I can fight as I have no money and am homeless?

Without reviewing your sentencing order and the facts regarding the decision of
the probation office to prohibit your using a computer (which is probably not
sustainable), I couldn't offer an opinion on this matter.
