Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
When I was in walmart a few days ago I started putting items in my bag due to hazing and bullying. When I was checking out, I realized what I was doing was wrong and I was going to come clean on what I did and why. I ended up leaving the store and half way out the door, I started to turn around and LP met me (or course not believing my story) and charged with petit larceny of les than $30 of things. What should I expect? What should I do in the meantime? I'm scared for my future.

Yes, you have good reason to be scared, Hire a criminal defense counsel
ASAP, or, in the event you don't have funds to hire one on your own,
ask the court to appoint an attorney to represent you on this criminal misdemeanor charge.
