Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia

I have a warrant for a misdemeanor paraphernalia charge in Williamsburg va. I have never have had any drug related charges or convictions. The only thing on my criminal record is a misdemeanor charge of breaking a restraining order. What would most likely be the bond and what will be the sentence?

Bond should likely be personal recognizance with a disposition (after your plea

of guilty) as a suspended sentence with, perhaps, a modest fine, and probation.
