Legal Question in DUI Law in Virginia

driving

i do not have any dui charges but my lisence is suspended in michigan. will virginia give me a lisence

Your question leaves some details unclear. Why is your license suspended? For example, it oculd be for administrative reasons (not paying a parking ticket or speeding ticket, etc.) If Virginia checks your Michigan record, and sees that it is suspended, they will probably not give you a driver's license here. If you can clear up the situation in Michigan, that would be best.
