Will I have to actually serve any jail time for a First Offense DWI? If so, how long.

Yes, if your BAC (Blood Alcohol Content) was between .15 and .20, you must serve a mandatory five days if convicted of the offense; 10 days if above .20. (See Va. Code Sec. 18.2-270 A.)
