4 to 6 months after your 17th birthday,you can leave home.law enforcement,social services,juvenile courts,and your parents can not do anything about it.the state of Virginia consider you as an adult,and you do have rights. Is this true

No, it is NOT true. (Age 18 is the age of majority recognized in the Commonwealth.)
