In the state of Virginia, at what age does the father's child support responsibility end. Can a father be required to pay support for college, even after the child has reached their 18th birthday?

Re: age of majority for child support

Child support ends at age 18, unless the child is still enrolled full time in high school and living with the support recepient.

A father can't be required by the court to pay for college unless he agreed to do so in a settlement with the mother.
