Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

alimony payment

If I move to another country, am I still responsible for alimony payment in VA. Also, I know that my military pay can be garnished for child support but if I pay that voluntarily will the state garnish my military pay for alimony. What are the consequences of not paying alimony in VA?
