Can you do an amendment to your divorce decree in the state of Va to add a child to it?

"Add a child to a divorce decree"(finalized, perhaps, years ago.)? No, I would

think that this is not the way that one would proceed to vindicate the

rights of a child who somehow and for whatever reason was omitted from

its parents final decree of divorce.
