Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

Appealing a divorce settlement.

I was threatened by my spouse to sign my property agreement(which leaned in my spouses favor). Is this grounds for appealing the settlement?

I also feel my lawyer did not provide adequate legal counsel...

What would be my grounds for appeal? (ie: inadequate representation/Duress)

Re: Appealing a divorce settlement.

An appeal of a final decree of divorce must normally be taken within 30 days of the date on which the judge signs the decree.

Whether you as a party to such a divorce would have any viable grounds to pursue such an appeal, I would have no idea.
