Bankruptcy

If, I file for bankruptcy, will spousal support and any other amount of money in the final decree be washed away? Will I still have to pay for these things?

Short answer: yes.

All alimony and most other marital agreement/court ordered obligations to the spouse or children are non-dischargeable.
