child support
My ex and i have agreed on an amount for child support but i have heard that the state will raise it until it meets state standards within a certain amount of time... is this true?

If you mean by the state, DCSE(Division of Child Support Enforcement) and you have assigned your collection rights over to this agency, that could very well happen at some point in the case.
