Child support issue's

Hi I currently pay child support to a bitter ex girlfirend and she say's she will take me to court for more money if I marry my fiance because we will have a joint income. Is this true?

Re: Child support issue's

Your future spouse's income would not be counted in determining your child support obligation.

Therefore, your ex-girlfriend would not receive any increase in her child support from you because of your "joint income".
