Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

I am in a custody/visitation case with my children's father. Skipping all the details of the case.....Can I get his lawyer thrown off the case if I have discovered that his lawyer is actually a professor at the college I attend as a student? Is there not some type of conflict there?

No, on these facts alone, I don't see a conflict that

should necessarily persuade the judge on the custody case that the

father's attorney should be "thrown off the case".
