Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

The divorce was handled in Alabama, my ex now lives in Oklahoma and I live in VA. The divorce says for visitation over 3 days, the parents are to meet halfway for exchange of the children. My ex has now decided that she does not want to drive halfway that she will put the children on a plane and wants me to pay half the cost of airfare. Am i legally obligated to do this? Thanks for the info
