Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

I have a female friend who wants a baby, she asked me to be a "donor" and said that i would have no obligation to be there for the kid or even it knowing that i'm his/her father. I asked her if she would want child support and she said no. However i'm concerned that she may change her mind 5-10 years down the road and go to court for it. Is there any kind of legal agreement that we can both sign for her to waive these rights. Also it would not be there insemination, we would be making it "the old fashioned way". We are both legal Virginia residents.

No, there is no such agreement that would remove you from legal responsibility

for the support of such a child that would be recognized as enforceable in American law since it would be utterly contrary as well as inimical to the best interests rights of the child which will always take priority over the self-serving attempts of the child's parent(s) to evade their parental responsibilities.
