Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

My fiance has a child with another man. In their custody agreement it's statest that there is to be no overnight guest of the opposite sex, unless related by blood or marriage. Her and I are expecting a child of our own. Once our child is born does this constitute a blood relationship between her and i?

No, "blood" as used in this context, meaning siblings, i.e., individuals born of the same parents and therefore blood relatives, and would have nothing to do with the fact that the two of you have produced a child

out of wedlock and would in no way make the two of you related

by "blood" due to this event.

Nonetheless, if the two of you were to actually secure

a valid marriage, then that would satisfy the condition

specified in this particular custody agreement (in my opinion).
