If your divorce is uncontested, why bother with a deposition from the defendant?

Pursuant to Va. Code Sec. 20-99.1:1, your husband may go to the clerk's office and accept service of process (copy of your Complaint + Summons) there by signing the form known as an "Acceptance/Waiver of Service of Process and Waiver of Future Service of Process and Notice and then you should be ready to schedule a hearing date before a judge.
