Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

Right now I have full custody of my children. I had to go out of town for a few days. While I was gone, I had made arrangements to make sure my children and my grandmother were going to be taken care of. The kids father got upset and decided to go to court to take my custody rights away. Can he do this and be able to take my children away?

So, what was this doting and devoted father so upset about?

Yes, of course, "he can do this", i.e., sue for sole custody,

but no, that in no way means that he's going to be successful

absent a showing of credible facts that would convince the

court hearing the matter that such a change in its previous custody order would be justified under these new facts and would be in the best interests

of your children.
