Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

my husband wants to adopted my 10 year old son, Bio father gave up any rights to him when he was a few weeks old. I do not know were he is only that he is possible in England. What steps do we need to take to make this happen?

the Commonwealth who should be able to offer you

some valuable advice concerning this matter. (And, if

you need some assistance with getting some names for

these practitioners, call the local bar association in your

locality and they should be able to provide you with

at least a few.)
