If a man whom you later married, signed acknowledgement of paternity knowing he wasnt the father, then 7 years later the real father tries to step in, Will the acknowledgement of paternity hold the man I married still as child legal father even though we are now divorced?

Va. Code Sec. 20-49.1 Relief from legal determination of paternity states as follows:

"A court shall not grant relief from determination of paternity if the individual

named as father (i) acknowledged paternity knowing he was not the father, (ii)

adopted the child, or (iii) knew that the child was conceived through

artificial insemination."
