Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

During my marriage my husband and I separated and then got back together. At this time I found out I was pregnant and we both knew he wasn't the father. (He had vasectomy years prior) So 13 years later we are divorcing went thru custody and I got full custody. Months later I decided to ask for support and he tells the court he wants a paternity test even though we both acknowledged he wasn't the Dad. The judge ordered him to pay temporary support(not even the amount required because the judge used his own discretion and not even back support) The judge is allowing him to walk away from all responsibilitys because Virginia law says he can.. How is this possible? What about the bond from 13 years as being the only Dad he knows? He was never defrauded and openly admitted this to the judge.

You have failed to clarify the basis for the court's determination that your husband should have no legal

responsibility for this particular child and whether it resulted from a valid paternity test conducted

pursuant to the terms of Va Code Sec. 20-49.10 (Relief from Legal Determination of Paternity).
