owed monies on child support obligations

Do I have the right to sue the father of my stepchildren for his portion of medical insurance owed?he is court ordered to pay,and I have covered it on behalf of my wife and he has not kicked in one cent.I believe I shoud be reimbursed past monies that he has not covered

If your wife is the payee on the child support obligation, she--not you--would have standing to sue this father for whatever arrearages that have accrued under the support obligation.
