Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

I didn't realize until recently that I have a clause in my divorce that my ex is to pay half expenses for copay on my child's Dr bills. I always paid 100 % myself but now I'm on short term disability and very little income. Can I back up and have him reimburse me?

Sure, you can always ask him to be reimbursed for these expenses but if he refuses, then

you're likely looking at some enforcement action through the court.
