Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

i recently took a dna test with my son and his father but the dna test came back negative. I know for a fact he is his dad and I wasnt there when he took the test. How can I be sure they didnt test the wrong man or child support didnt mix up the results?

Contact the court clerk to determine how you can request a retest at your own expense. I believe that one retest is permitted.
