Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

I want my son to have my mother as legal guardian so if u do a will on computer to state who u want for custody if mother dies and father is unfit,but pays support only through courts takeing it out of his checks,can this be honored.

No, I think you're wasting your time. Rather than trying to construct an enforceable provision for a will using the Internet, I would advise that you arrange for a consultation with a Virginia attorney who handles domestic relations and probate matters and who should be able counsel you as to how best to achieve your lawful objectives for the situation you've described.
